Up and Coming Training for September

September is always a busy time in the club, members are looking for new and exciting sessions on the timetable.  Do you have  Fit4Life on your timetable?

Clubs that have already introduced Fit4Life have found their classes to be consistently full, members become more educated in their own fitness and the benefits of training with he knowledge of heart rate and their own zones.  They can utilise the information in all aspects of their training or other classes on the timetable.  As the Fit4Life is a progressive interval based program, retention is another benefit of Fit4Life on your timetable.  Participants are taken through a sustainable and effective development of their fitness journey.

Instructors who teach Fit4Life are able to focus on their teaching points and provide their class with all the information required as they follow the carefully calculated Fit4Life interval based zone cards.  Music is selected by the instructor to suit their taste and the interval drills. With a 45 minute and 60 minute option we can cover all your indoor cycling requirements.  happy spinning image 2

Become qualified in the most up to date indoor cycling program, 16 CPD points and one day of training.  A free 4 hour module post the course date is optional but recommended to ensure the information and teaching are being delivered accurately and to reinforce all the card details.  Next course September 2017.  Book you place now!
